To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BiblioWoods and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information in your account.
• Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute malware, or engage in automated scraping.
• Be respectful to other users - harassment, hate speech, and threats are prohibited.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We maintain operations across jurisdictions and seek to respect local laws. To make the Service accessible and lawful for users in Canada, the EU, and the US, the following framework applies:

• Canada: For users located in Canada, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada (as applicable) govern these Terms.
• European Union: EU users retain mandatory consumer protections under local law. Where conflict exists, mandatory local consumer law applies.
